MICHAEL CLANCY

I got to know Rocky when I moved to Warren in 1986. Rocky was always the go-to-guy whenever the fire or rescue tones were sounded. Regardless of time of day or night or severity of weather, Rocky was there to lend a helping hand. The residents of Warren, truly benefited from his dedication. Much like many other of those brave volunteer members of our Fire and Rescue Departments, Rocky was an unsung hero who's departure will not be forgotten. Thanks Rocky, for all that you did for me and others. Rest in peace my brother.
